Please note that the order processing time is separate from shipping time.

Personalised orders:  2 - 3 weeks + shipping time.  Within that time please allow 5 - 7 business days to receive a design proof email (please remember to check your junk/spam folders). 

Non personalised orders: 2 - 5 business days + shipping time
