I will be closed from Dec 18th 2019 - January 6th 2020. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until I reopen on January 6th.
Postage is with Australia Post in trackable satchels. You have the option of standard post or express post. Please note, that express post just means faster postage time, it does not mean faster production time. If you need something custom made by a certain date, please let me know. If you would like signature on delivery please advise in the notes section when ordering. Once your item is posted you will receive an email containing tracking information. No responsibility is taken by Made While They’re Sleeping for lost or missing items.
If you have ordered a personalised item you will be emailed a design proof for your approval prior to your order being processed. It is up to you the customer to ensure you have checked the proof for spelling and correct details. Once the proof is approved Made While They’re Sleeping takes no responsibility for any mistakes or omissions. There are no refunds on personalised items.
If you have received a broken or faulty product, you will be entitled to a replacement or a refund. The faulty item must be returned to Made While They’re Sleeping before any replacement or refund will be processed. The cost of sending the item back is to be paid by the customer and then will be refunded by Made While They're Sleeping if the refund on the faulty item is approved. Proof of the faulty item must be provided with photographic evidence.

Peak Seasons - November - December & Easter
Handmade items may take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed. Please allow up to 6 weeks processing times on handmade orders during peak seasons.
Processing time on personalised items is generally no more than 7 business days (excluding weekends). Please allow a few extra days around peak seasons, and during school holidays.
