Shipping policy

All orders within Australia are shipped by Australia Post. All parcels are tracked and you will be given access to the tracking details.
International is also shipped via Australia Post. We take no responsibility for any taxes/customs charges that international parcels may incur. 
Once order has been placed and paid in full our aim is to ship your order within one week not including weekends
Please NOTE that the Christmas and Easter seasons are our peak time and may take slightly longer to get your order shipped. If you do require your item by a certain date, please make us aware and we can prioritize the order.
If you have ordered a personalised item, that item will not be processed until approval has come from the customer for the design proof. Please make sure to check junk/spam folders to aviod delays in processing your order.

Express shipping – 1 -2 business days excluding remote areas.

Please note that Express postage option is only for quicker delivery not production time.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with tracking details to keep track of your order. We will not be held responsible for lost or missing items once it has left our premises.

Our postage prices are flat rate.
