Hi Sussie, I am located in Australia. You are located in the US. You ordered with standard delivery, not express. Our delivery estimate for standard to the US is up to 27 days. Your order is still in transit if you check your tracking details. The last update was yesterday (april 21) and location is Monroe NY, so delivery should be very soon. I would have much rathered you contact me to follow up on your delivery than leave me a bad review.
